Effective version 1.0 · Last updated June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the QR2EAT platform (qr2eat.com) operated by Mohamed Zouaa Group Technology ("MZG TECH", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service description
QR2EAT is a multi-tenant software platform enabling restaurants to manage menus, orders, kitchen operations, customer accounts, and delivery workflows. We provide software tools; we do not prepare food, employ restaurant staff, or operate as a payment institution.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, malware distribution, scraping, reverse engineering of platform components, or interference with service integrity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, and upgrades are described at registration and in your dashboard. Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual property
All platform intellectual property — including source code, backend and frontend systems, APIs, architecture, database structure, algorithms, documentation, UI/UX designs, internal business logic, platform branding, trademarks, logos, platform-generated content, software components, integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure designs — is owned exclusively by Mohamed Zouaa Group Technology (MZG TECH).
Restaurant and user content — including menus, product descriptions, restaurant names, logos, uploaded images, business information, contact information, delivery information, restaurant branding, and other customer-generated content — remains owned by the Customer. The Customer grants MZG TECH a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, store, display, and transmit such content solely to provide and improve the QR2EAT service.
7. Availability and modifications
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, issue security updates, or discontinue components with reasonable notice where practicable. Material Terms changes will be communicated per our legal notice process.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure subject to our data retention policies. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
MZG TECH provides software services only. Restaurants remain responsible for food quality, menu accuracy, pricing, allergens, taxes, regulatory compliance, and customer interactions. Delivery partners remain responsible for driving conduct, vehicle compliance, and insurance. Payment processors remain responsible for payment processing. Telecommunications providers remain responsible for SMS and messaging delivery. Third-party integrations remain responsible for their own services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify MZG TECH against claims arising from your content, your restaurant operations, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Disputes should first be addressed to contact@qr2eat.com. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Morocco may hear disputes unless otherwise required by law.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or third-party service failures.
